A bulk of the work I did at Grubhub was working cross-functionally with the various stakeholders that came to us with their own project briefs including but not limited to: B2B, CRM, Campus, Acquisition, and Enterprise. Every project had it’s own objective, audience, and purposes and it fell onto me to execute their needs while ensuring it fits in the company’s visual language.
As the design team we’ve utilized numerous applications and platforms throughout my time at Grubhub including Sketch, Figma, and InVision alongside our custom made email building platform: Hermes.
Social Media
Working with both paid and organic social, I had a direct relationship with the Social team. We planned out content for our big diner holidays and jumped onto current trends for fast turnaround posts.
Internal Swag
Grubhub’s LGBT+ Culture Crew, Grubpride, delivered tumblers for all employees to celebrate Pride Month 2023. I had free rein on the design as long as it included all colors from the Progress Pride flag. I decided to portray a Black drag queen to honor the BIPOC people that helped create the Pride that we’re able to celebrate today.
Every year Grubhub holds a wing eating contest in all of their offices. For 2022, I was tasked with creating a shirt that would be given to all participants and volunteers to wear during the event.
